I made this tracker because I didn’t want to count every calorie or log punishing workouts.  I didn’t want a complicated app.  I wanted a soft place to land. An old-school, visual way to see my progress, build momentum, and feel proud of *any* step I took.

I’ve lost 20 pounds in the past year, simply by making steady changes to how I eat and how I think about wellness. And now, I’m ready to start moving more—not from a place of guilt, but from a place of care.

Even though I come from a professional background in systems and operations—managing teams, budgets, timelines—I didn’t want something complicated.
